A new fave!
Ingredients:
- Romaine leaf or other thick, strong leaf for wraps
- Vegan hamburger (crumbles or patties diced)
- (Hot!!) taco sauce
- Taco seasoning
- Your favorite salsa
- Chile peppers (crushed flake and/or dried)
- Salt
Instructions:
- Cook meat as instructed on package, adding water in a pan to the crumbled or diced vegan hamburger then adding taco seasoning as instructed on the package
- Pull off very large sturdy leaves to use as leaf wraps (winning you 20 carbs per tortilla replaced!)
When the meat is done: - Add meat to each leaf wrap
- Add taco sauce, salsa, chile pepper flakes or chile pepper dried, & salt to the leaf wrap burritos
Eat! These are around 9 carbs each for my ingredients! Sating!
