Healthilicious Dishes: Rad’ Vegan Low Cal Low Carb Leaf Wrap Burrito Recipe




A new fave!

Ingredients:

  • Romaine leaf or other thick, strong leaf for wraps
  • Vegan hamburger (crumbles or patties diced)
  • (Hot!!) taco sauce
  • Taco seasoning
  • Your favorite salsa
  • Chile peppers (crushed flake and/or dried)
  • Salt

Instructions:

  • Cook meat as instructed on package, adding water in a pan to the crumbled or diced vegan hamburger then adding taco seasoning as instructed on the package
  • Pull off very large sturdy leaves to use as leaf wraps (winning you 20 carbs per tortilla replaced!)

    When the meat is done:
  • Add meat to each leaf wrap
  • Add taco sauce, salsa, chile pepper flakes or chile pepper dried, & salt to the leaf wrap burritos

Eat! These are around 9 carbs each for my ingredients! Sating!
